SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES IN TROUBLED TIMES

Massive crises such as pandemics, war and inflation affect all of us and disrupt businesses. The Employee Assistance Program helps to wisely care for the mental health of employees, while maintaining time and cost efficiency.

Convenient, accessible and unlimited psychological help

Employees covered by the program are entitled to talk to a psychologist without a prior appointment, 24 hours a day and as many times as they need to. We conduct telephone and video calls, as well as online chats - all in the following languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Confidentiality, anonymity and security

EAP calls and chats are confidential and anonymous. We use statistical data, but we will never disclose information about individual people and matters.

I-EAP® and G-EAP® mean individual and group support

There are matters that require an individual approach, but sometimes focusing on the entire groups is more effective. ICAS EAP subscription plans allow you to flexibly select the right type of assistance for a given situation.

Five areas of individual support

ICAS EAP means access to psychological assistance in personal and professional challenges, to legal advice, consultations on finance matters as well as our specialist support for managers and HR departments.

Solutions for managers and HR departments

ICAS EAP provide you tailor-made solutions for managers and HR departments who, due to their roles, have to face a particularly large number of challenges and burdens.
